Pures. (train 1 main stat only)

(hybrid pures) Train all main combat stats but no def.

(Ini pures) Same as above but 20 - 25 defence.

Zerker pures. Trains all cmbt skills but defence only to 45.

Barrows pure all combat skills but defence only to 70/75

Any other usually = "main"

Any stats.
