I watch and listen and continue to ask Why oh why oh why. What ever happened that Todd Rundgren isn't considered as big as any of the "others"? No one has near the output of powerful song after song when you review his catalog. Songs with enduring lyrics...meaningful. I guess it was all the weirdness in between.

From what I understand Todd has produced albums for Hall and Oates in the past. He does sound a lot like Daryl Hall a LOT of times. I use to have a lot of their music so I notice it often when I listen to Todd's amazing singing.

I saw this tour four times. Twice in New Orleans and the final two nights, in San Francisco. This was Todd at his most soulful. I was totally bummed out when I found out the redhead was married to the sax player. Of course, that was more than 15 years ago. Anyone know if they've gotten divorced since then? LOL

Great cut from the POV album...keyboardist is Vince Welnick from The Tubes/Greatful Dead. The Tubes and Utopia toured together in 1985. Still one of the better shows I have seen.
