anyway, I use fraps, 60 fps, 1280x720, full size, encode with sony vegas to MainConcept AVC/AAC (.mp4) format, 30fps, 10,000,000 constant bit rate mmm yah thats about it
Seems like your audio bit the dust unfortunately, but your FPS seems pretty smooth. What do you use to encode with? (and I guess it wouldn't hurt to know your Fraps settings :P)
