So acting on the information he was given by dispatch, he approached that individual and attempted to obtain identification. The Professor did identify himself (after refusing to do so once), however he just couldn't understand why Sgt. Crowley was there, and had no interest in hearing why from Sgt. Crowley, so he began to yell, and became disorderly.
Sgt. Crowley knew less than the caller did, when the caller dialed 911. The only thing the caller saw, was two b/m's attempting to force a door open. Funny how nobody seems to think the caller was racist for calling, (I'm not at all insinuating that she was) but automatically, Sgt. Crowley is seen as the racist. Sgt. Crowley did not call himself to that house. Somebody else who had absolutely no idea what was going on did, and Sgt. Crowley acted accordingly. He did nothing wrong Pabank.

Buddy, you might want to trust me on this one. I'm a cop. I've been through the same exact thing. The only thing we know when we're dispatched to a possible burglary in progress, is what the caller, tells the call taker, and what the call taker, tells the dispatcher. A lot of times, the person who answers the phone down in dispatch, is not the person who creates the dispatch and sends it to us. So by the time we get the call, it's now gone through three people. Things do get lost in translation, however I don't even think that happened here. Sgt. Crowley arrived, and he saw a b/m at the residence. So acting on the information he was given by dispatch, he approached that individual and attempted to obtain identification. The Professor did identify himself (after refusing to do so once), however he just couldn't understand why Sgt. Crowley was there, and had no interest in hearing why from Sgt. Crowley, so he began to yell, and became disorderly.

Sgt. Crowley knew less than the caller did, when the caller dialed 911. The only thing the caller saw, was two b/m's attempting to force a door open. Funny how nobody seems to think the caller was racist for calling, (I'm not at all insinuating that she was) but automatically, Sgt. Crowley is seen as the racist. Sgt. Crowley did not call himself to that house. Somebody else who had absolutely no idea what was going on did, and Sgt. Crowley acted accordingly. He did nothing wrong Pabank.

Color had nothing to do with it. Had Gates simply staying in his house and stopped screaming, Sgt. Crowley would have left, but he just couldn't let it go. A caller called and advised seeing two men trying to force their way into a residence. That's all the Sgt. knew going out there. He did nothing wrong.

Reparations are a commonly used remedy that governments have used (even US) when said governments admit to knowlingly targeting a group of people for unfair treatment that causes damage - in this case long term damage. The mathematics wouldn't be that difficult to calculate. The amount owed each black would easily exceed $1,000,000. Showing a connection to those slaves isn't difficult at all for black people.
An ex post facto claim wouldn't mean I couldn't make a monetary claim and win it.

Because there is an actual system that undergirds USA capitalism and it was birthed from slavery. IMO system is comprised of govt + corp + media + white custom. The parts of the system are clear and one can show how these parts target and discriminate against black people with intent to deny capital. That's how it operated during slavery and hasn't corrected it's 'blacks blocking' properties.

I've studied US and World History extensively and facts is what I've stated.
In summation, black people are as American as they come. Slavery was "DYING IN THE SERVICE OF THIS NATION" the EQUAL of any military man or woman in history. What the US govt did to them for 300 yrs (including Jim Crow) deserves repair and qualifies for repair.
