The song is called This Woman's Work and was written and sung by Kate Bush. Maxwell does a good version of it, but really nothing compares to Kate's original.

I'd say he's crying because she isn't under the car when they find it. She possibly got out from under the car, because it only takes about 2 feet of water to lift a car-which the flood probably gave-and she's somewhere in the desert. (Which, btw, isn't my theory. I've seen someone else post it, and it seemed so good I've been repeating it. So credit for that theory goes to them...whoever they are.) =)

I can't get over this promo. It's gotta be the best CSI promo ever.  Even the promo for GD didn't make me want to cry! And that episode freakin' rocked my socks.
