You've got the right idea, but you've got a long way to go. Are you using Maya to animate? Are you checking your curves in the graph editor? Everything feels a bit stiff, for the most part. Loosen things up a bit and allow for your secondary animation to follow through. Like I said, you've got the right idea - just build on it from there.
Not too bad. The first shot is nice and fluid... needs more weight, though. Lip sync is off in the second one... Watch the linear stuff with the walking guy.
Hey man, the animation looks fantastic for the most part theres just a few parts in your reel that look a little floaty, like the part with the little green guy falling on the table. Also, maybe get a little bit more overlapping action in there. Just some thoughts I had, but overall looks fantastic

Sound is only necessary if there is actual dialogue. Otherwise it can come across as annoying.
