I feel so stupid for reading this whole series and liking it! Actually I didn't even like it, I was just lured in by the popularity of it all because the view when the movies came out was all like "teen vampire series sweeping the minds of young readers everywhere, bla bla bla!!" But I agree, those books are classics and that this bitch considers hers to be on the same level is the epitome of arrogance. I have read all the Twilight books allot, and really enjoyed it, Breaking dawn was one of my favourite out of the bunch. Midnight sun would have been epic if she continued and did all 4 books.
The more I read breaking dawn the more evident the flaws become. I mean, I like it but its just too traditional. Like, marriage then a baby. Twilight has never been traditional in that sense.

I wasn't paying much attention to the Twilight hype until I heard about Stephanie Meyers dream, that sounded really strange, I think the dream was given to her by Satan. I think Satans plan is to introduce an entire generation into the realm of the occult. The reason why I say this is because the story has occult themes interwoven in the plot. I found it strange that Stephanie Meyer had never written anything before and she admits that she doesn't know how the dream got in her head.

Bella is a blank page and the reader can easily put herself in to her shoes and Edward is this bad boy which appeals to teens and pre-teens but had to be toned down from a scary vampire to a more marketable "vampire" ( term should not be thrown around, he is a glittering golem to me :D)
Her inability to write credible behaviour is disturbing and will surely leave some people with an unrealistic idea of what a relationship is. (IMO)
Breaking Dawn's basically the best book ever (next to Twilight, because 1) it's the very beginning 2) you couldn't understand BD unless you read Twilight beause you wouldn't understand what's going on much). I can't wait for it to come to theaters....I just hope it won't be Rated R. But I highly doubt it

Once I skimmed through a book, not from the Twilight saga, but from a copy cat I guess you can say. But I read a paragraph and I thought, "So I just need to write like THIS to become an best selling author???" Young Adult Fiction Books are dead. I can't even find a simple fantasy book without vampires or werewolves in it... :(
They are out there, believe me. Twilight wasn't the first novel that has a vampire & non-vampire love scene. Just do a little research, you'll find them. I'm not into the romantic literature, but I'm pretty sure there are far better books on vampires than Twilight

okay breaking dawn is my favorite book! like i love it! but that was not the ending i wanted. personally i love renesme! she is soo cute and i love hr but i would have not liked that to happen. i wanted bella and edward together forever and no jacob. i wish all the complications had happened and all but i don't like jacob being in there. and there could have been more. i would have liked more books in the saga. and i just want to see bella and edward together just like twilight.

The ending really sucked. I found it boring and not all books should have a happy ending….…especially a book about vampires. So overplayed. If she does write another one hopefully it will have more action.

This woman's a bloody clown. Her writing is so poor my 6th grade essays could compete. Her characters are so amazingly flat I find a paper cut out to have more depth. The plot has so many holes in it, it's as if she's literally drilled through her book with screws.
i'm confused, she says that breaking dawn is going to be the last book, but in another interview she says she always pictured it as a longer series. On top of that, she says that it is the last time she will be writing from bellas perspective, also indicating that she is going to write more, just not in bellas words. I agree on the ending being anti climatic. It felt like "prepare for war, oh wait just kidding." The ending also felt cliche. Especially in Jacob's turn out. Rather than having Jacob imprint on Bella's child, I would've liked him to move outside of her world and end up with a character he relates to like Leah. They're entertaining but masterpieces.

You should try to critically understand why some people love it and then move to an interesting book and leave the teenagers story for teenagers.

I haven't read Breaking Dawn yet, neither Eclipse, but I will read it eventually. I hope I do. I just really want to know how Eclipse and Breaking Dawn turn out! She can't write worth a damn but she is a marketing genius.
Bella is a blank page and the reader can easily put herself in to her shoes and Edward is this bad boy which appeals to teens and pre-teens but had to be toned down from a scary vampire to a more marketable "vampire" ( term should not be thrown around, he is a glittering golem to me :D)
Her inability to write credible behaviour is disturbing and will surely leave some people with an unrealistic idea of what a relationship is. (IMO)

Breaking Dawn's basically the best book ever (next to Twilight, because 1) it's the very beginning 2) you couldn't understand BD unless you read Twilight beause you wouldn't understand what's going on much). I can't wait for it to come to theaters....I just hope it won't be Rated R. But I highly doubt it

Once I skimmed through a book, not from the Twilight saga, but from a copy cat I guess you can say. But I read a paragraph and I thought, "So I just need to write like THIS to become an best selling author???" Young Adult Fiction Books are dead. I can't even find a simple fantasy book without vampires or werewolves in it... :(

They are out there, believe me. Twilight wasn't the first novel that has a vampire & non-vampire love scene. Just do a little research, you'll find them. I'm not into the romantic literature, but I'm pretty sure there are far better books on vampires than Twilight

okay breaking dawn is my favorite book! like i love it! but that was not the ending i wanted. personally i love renesme! she is soo cute and i love hr but i would have not liked that to happen. i wanted bella and edward together forever and no jacob. i wish all the complications had happened and all but i don't like jacob being in there. and there could have been more. i would have liked more books in the saga. and i just want to see bella and edward together just like twilight.

This woman's a bloody clown. Her writing is so poor my 6th grade essays could compete. Her characters are so amazingly flat I find a paper cut out to have more depth. The plot has so many holes in it, it's as if she's literally drilled through her book with screws.

On top of that, she says that it is the last time she will be writing from bellas perspective, also indicating that she is going to write more, just not in bellas words. I liked the ending, maybe some people would have liked more action, but stephenie meyer writes what she wants, and if she didnt want a fight, then too bad to the people who did.

I agree on the ending being anti climatic. It felt like "prepare for war, oh wait just kidding." The ending also felt cliche. Especially in Jacob's turn out. Rather than having Jacob imprint on Bella's child, I would've liked him to move outside of her world and end up with a character he relates to like Leah. They're entertaining but masterpieces.
