All the cop had to do was use his taser on him and cuff him. The disabled man was going the opposite direction of the cops when he was shot at again. Its like the cops were afraid that he was going to try to roll away in the wheelchair and didn't want to chase after him, but it's easier to pull a trigger than chase the guy in a wheelchair that has already been shot by a "Less Than Lethal" shotgun load.

If you knew anything about knife vs gun at close quarters, the gun usually loses. Do they know this guy couldnt actually walk? They didnt use lethal bullets, so he was fine. You can throw a knife too. If you dont follow commands and have a weapon in your hands, I dont feel sorry for you. All the cop had to do was use his taser on him and cuff him. The disabled man was going the opposite direction of the cops when he was shot at again. Its like the cops were afraid that he was going to try to roll away in the wheelchair and didn't want to chase after him, but it's easier to pull a trigger than chase the guy in a wheelchair that has already been shot by a "Less Than Lethal" shotgun load.

The second problem is that you don't put a space before a comma, you treat it like a period, or a hyphen. We certainly need to expose the bad cops and get them fired, but we also need to start supporting GOOD cops who are trying to expose these bad cops, which are then run off the force for doing so.
