  • Die Stimme passt so wenig zu dem Sänger, das ist recht komisch ( : Aber das Lied ist schön!

  • A truly beautifully written song and very well sung, great voice! I love it.

  • He sang it and that's a fact, I know this because I have heard him sing this live and it was unbelievable really good !

  • So did he actually sing this or did he lypsync?

  • Jimmy Nail is awesome!

  • My favorite Che is Antonio, but my favorite Evita would never in a million years be Madonna. She can't sing! Her technique is completely awful...

  • As an historian I laugh at this play. It is literally impossible that this happened.

  • @LOCKE403 Is it impossible for an infinite number of Argentine monkeys to sit down in front of an infinite number of typewriters and rub their balls in it? Highly unlikely I'll grant you; but not impossible.

  • @LOCKE403 Wicked, the Littler Mermaid and Les Miserable are also impossible but they are still good shows. Who cares about history when they are meant for entertainment.

  • I LOVE this movie

  • Alan parker, nunca viste una foto de magaldi...La puta que te pario???

  • BEFORE SPEAKING ABOUT HER FIRST WASH YOUR POISONED AND DIRTY TONGUES ,YOU ALL GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS STUPID MOVIE IS FULL LIES. NOBODY OF YOU KNOW THE TRUTH.

  • @tonyromano1 That's true. They don't show that Evita was actually a whore, oh, sorry, "singer". And, forgive me, but her carreer was a lot like Shiang Shing, Mao's wife. Except that Evita cared about her people.

  • @lalishelaide

Hi, do you speak italian? BAFFANCULO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @tonyromano1 Yo Ton....cazzo di buco di culo...Oh and a fancul to you too...

  • @tonyromano1 wow your cool. xD

  • BEFORE SPEAKING ABOUT HER FIRST WASH YOUR POISONED AND DIRTY TONGUES ,YOU ALL GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @something9313

And you think they kept record like that? Please..they barely kept birth records, yet

you think they are going to keep a record of some two bit singer coming to their town...

  • soooo catchy

  • great voice. :)

  • I am just drawn to this song... Good performance for Jimmy

  • good old jimmy nail as the tango singer

  • as this tango singer found out!

  • I'm guessing she used everyone else to climb to the top probably because Agustin Magaldi used her, pretending to love her when he was already married with children

  • I like the fact that they orchestrated this song to the style of the original argentine tango for the film, it didn't sound like that in the stage version.

  • CinDLArella Beautiful...

When I stand before U it's as if I'm in front of Heavens Door... As i step inside ur world I am engulfed in a mystical, magical whirlwind that's the wonder of U.

  • What a lovely song. Thanks for posting

    Miss Pookie

  • lol i really don't get why ppl give thumbs down to storm915 && evaperonfan...they're right there's a lot of other celebrities that "screwed their way to the top" as evaperonfan said. =] come one let's be a lil realistic...now i'm not saying that EVERY star from today's present and yesterday's past got their way up by using other people...but there are, were, and trust me, always will be a person like eva duarte/peron. =]

    peace all!

  • @teiuebscdotcom well.. are you gonna blame people who come from the gutter for using people to get out of it? I don't think anyone who's not walked in their shoes can do that. It is secured Eva Duarte was raised in extreme poverty and social paria status as an illegitimate child. Who's gonna preach to someone like that when they are hungry for fame? Madonna was, too, although from a middle class background. Hunger for wealth and fame may not be pretty but seems to be human.

  • @teiuebscdotcom Besides these people, above all women, get used pretty well by the people they use, too.. so why blame one side. I'm sure the "useful acquaintances" of such people/women rising from the gutter had their fair deal.

  • Jimmy Nail - Legend.

  • Magaldi would be thought to be attractive, but to me he's not really attractive. That's only my opinion.

  • oh come on! What actress didn't screw her way to the top? You act like Eva was the only one!

  • @storm915 true that.

  • @storm915 she only fucked to get to the top because that ws were she could make a difference to the country at the top. n sure she was accused she lost sight for a while she knew that was the only way she could ever make a difference ws to become famous n thts how she did it look at how much argentina has changed over the last 60-70 years because of her... i did my performing arts homework ..... :D

  • @storm915 i love the film and we aredoin the production at college, i'm Eva so it should be interesting lol

  • @storm915 she was a huge starfucker, BUT she did it because she wanted to get into a higher position so that she could truly make a difference for the people of Argentina

  • @mrhotness25 Ya i mean she was a poor low class Argentine girl born out of wedlock. She wasn't going to make it any other way, and thank god she did because she was a great woman who cared for her people and made huge charitable contributions, and advanced women's suffrage and worker's rights. But also, we got an amazing movie.

  • @storm915

FIRST WASH YOUR POISONED AND DIRTY TONGUES YOU GARBAGE.!!!!!!!!

  • @tonyromano1 Oh My God!!!!!!! Is that enough exclamation marks or do I need more? You really made your point big guy.

Btw, wtf are you doing in a musical site? Just askin'!

  • @jonasbrofan6198 - see how subjective it all is? I think Jimmy Nail is gorgeous.

  • no way you can imagine that to be oz

  • In the original play, the lyrics read "no money, no class" which is more logic than "no money, no cash" since it's the same thing! Anyway, Alan Parker thought that Eva even younger had a lot of class anyway. Lyricist Tim Rice seemed angry with this decision in an interview he gave in MadonnaTribe.

  • well of course he would be, because anything that portrays Evita in a positive light must be bad!

  • Thanks for pointing that out. That always annoyed me "No money no cash" cause it doesn't make sense.

  • Eva likely didn't meet Magaldi. There is no record of him being in Junin the year Eva left her hometown. She likely left Junin with her family.

  • Hey I tried to send you a msg on youtube but Im unable to send it. Luckily I found you here.

I'd love to read your novel on eva peron.

  • ok thanks. I'll PM you a preview and let you know when it's available on amazon

  • That's trueeeee ! :D

But I don't know.. Magaldi it must had been an atracttive character
