@xxdarkprincess1990xx Hiya, sorry for the late reply! I've been really busy with exams and stuff. When you say load.. what do you mean? You can either copy an image from google and add it.. Or, you can load them on through importing and stuff. Are you sure your using the right brushes, not the Photoshop ones? The Photoshop ones are completely different files and won't work through PSP. Hope this helps, if not, let me know :)

hiya, thanks for watching and commenting! :)

im not too sure myself, but basically, its just a new clear layer on top of your image - think of it as a layer of clingfilm - you can change and add things ontop of your image, then easily delete it if you dont like it. Not a clue why its called raster though, sorry :)

I am self taught, and learning new ways is always a great thing. This way, the shadeing in and then blending and what not, is the first way that I ever learned how to change colors. I since then discovered new ways, and always learning the craft. Beautiful makeup too.

Omgoodness you're amazing for uploading this! I only have one question though. During the lighten/darken part to get the eyeliner effect, I got confused because I made sure all of my settings were similar to yours but it still didn't work on my photo. Could there be something I'm doing wrong?

Thankyouuu! Okay well, which version of paint shop pro are you using? Try, merging all of your layers down, and then duplicating the background layer, and then using the lighen/darken tool then. Also, make sure that your layer's opacity is set to 100%, and the brush's opcacity is 100% too. If that doesnt work, comment me back ^.^

Alright I figured out why it wasn't working. I didn't see the "right click to darken/left click to lighten" because the font color seemed a bit camouflaged. I got it though. Thank you!~

i got the eyelash brushes from the website in my description, if you download the 'image pack' (its probably easier if your begginer) which is all of the brushes, in JPEG(picture)format, then open them up in your paint shop pro, and if there too big resize the picture (image-resize), then add the eyelash brush, if you dont know how to add brushes, let me know ^.^ xxx

Ah right, i think, that your clicking the wrong button, kinda. Your still on the right tool, but you may be clicking the wrong button (either left click or right). i can't remember which is which, and lower the opacity. If your doing it right, it should be black instead of white. If that makes sense?

hello, sorry for the late reply, ive been replying to the comments all wrong haha. im not sure why it paints under it, but what you could do is copy the layer you want the color on (for as many different colours you need) and then merge the layers you have done this one together and then change the blend mode altogether, if that makes sense?
