From what i understood from my personal experience, it comes a time when spirituality and practicing presence make you even more unconscious. you made it into an object, you're using it to become better than other people, to become special. After this stage, there is another stage: releasing on it. it will come naturally because if you went through the first stage, it means you are already on the way of enlightnement which is simply releasing on everything. Whatever it is, it is.
seems to be that enlightenment is just the end of any self definition.....so you dont even get to be enlightened cos you see it would be just another definition.
for me, what adyashanti says, fits very much with my experience of life.
Of all the enlightened beings, all the practices, all the years of "practicing", the information in this short video is the MOST singnificant of anything I've heard - wish I could understand the beginning part better....

So the key is really simple, you are already you, dont need to seek youtself.
Just see how much this illusion make youtself as unenlightened. This illusion is just amazing. I decided to look at it.
