miss world beauty pageant is not about selecting most beautiful contestant, it is more about political and economical nature, it is funded by multinational cosmetic and fashion companies and they wanted to launch their business in India so to get the market of one billion people they have to select only indian miss worlds from 1994 t0 200 and most of them were pretty ordinary looking, since they have achieved their purpose they don't select indian girls as miss world any more.

Madhuri Dixit hasn't gotten any work done, she's one of the prettiest Indian woman ever. Even today, and she's like close to 40 isn't she? SriDevi is pretty too for her age. She has to be all natural. Both these ladies made huge contributions to Indian cinema as well :)

The only difference is now she's about 38 and in this video she's about 21 so she's older and weighs more. There are many people from the konkan coast with green eyes. Make up has changed a lot in the past 16 years and people get tanned to play certain characters in films. Different make up gives different looks.
