I will never recognize this idiot as having the worlds largest arms. Any record he has set is null and void. I've seen these videos of him and yes he takes lots of roids which is bad enough, but those muscles have clear extremely artificial enhancement such as synthol or whatever else. I find it hard to believe that he got those arms simply by steriods and "good genetics" (the most over-used word in bodybuilding). Those arms have all the characteristics of synthol or implants ie. small forearms, no bulging veins, arms stays same shape and size flexed or not, etc.

Men like Greg Kovacs, Nathan Jones, Manfred Hoeberl, Dominic Fillou, Paul Dillett, Jeep Swenson all took large dosages of steriods and are far, far bigger naturally and genetically than Valentino yet none of these guys got arms like that. You will eventually hit a plateau with steriods and wont get any bigger unless you do synthol or implants. I know he denies taking synthol but he also claims his arms were 21 inches and bigger than Shawn Ray's when he was natural. He's full of shit.
