@d1626092 Frank Beltrame is supposed to be a good one (mid-priced). About $65 US for a 9" one unless you get some exotic/expensive scales on the handles. I just ordered one, but haven't received it yet, but the reviews I've read speak highly of Frank Beltrame stilettos. They are authentic Italian made knives. In my research, I also saw that AKC stilettos are supposed to be pretty good. Ordered mine online from The Distinctive Edge. Good luck!

I would never recommend a italian made switchblade as a self defense knife. They are to nice to carry around and they are not very sturdy. They have tight locks but from side to side they are easy to break. In a heated conflict you Always what to use a fixed blade hands down. They are STRONG and they don't break or have locking mechanisms. A 4-5 inch stiletto blade fixed on a nice rubberized grip with finger guards are the best. Trust me I know form experience.
