  • This is really lovely. I had a cassette of this when I was 17 but lost it and have never been able to find it anywhere. I fell head over heels in love with Satie's music after hearing this. Thank you so much for posting. Thank you Erik Satie.

  • these are so lovely. thank you. I had a cassette copy of this record that got mangled. There doesn't seem to be a CD version. I also love the rest of the record - all the moogy stuff . If you ever have the free time to upload the rest of it I'd greatly appreciate hearing again.

  • My understanding is that he wrote this as a sarcastic response to the soupy music of others in his time. None the less... it truly is one of the more beautiful pieces I've ever come across.
