What do you think would be the fps if I were to turn AA to maybe 2x and some settings to high, but mostly ultra?

With Vertical Sync disabled like I have it, I see anywhere from 50fps up to around 90ish. I run everything on ULTRA including HBAO on, but no AA. Adding something like AAx2 would drop that down to around 45-65ish depending on how much action is on the screen. That is if you have the same loadout as me.
