He also marketed the Helicopter Lure when I was a kid and I haven't caught ONE thing in fresh- or salt-water with those (and yes I've had them forever). So I'm pretty sure he just did this for his sponsor. I'm sure someone out there prolly caught something with this, but in the end it's just a toy to make a quick buck.
