Chief Deane is in no way a "racist". He is one if not THE most respected Chief in Virginia (and maybe the USA). He is the longest running Chief and is a good guy. His Department has had a high community feedback rating since it was formed in the 70's.

I took a training class at PWC PD's academy and the 20 or so officers there had great things to say about their chief & department. It's very hard to find a police chief who has 42 years of police experience...4 yrs with VSP and 38 with PWC. Chief Deane knows what he's talking about so give him a break.

Charlie T. Dean makes real sense about the issues in our community. He knows the reality of the immigration issue. He seems to be one of the few people that can differentiate between criminals and illegal people something the Stewart seems to have very confused.
