@streetmagicstyle yes it so funny to see that so many burnt out druggies and pothead hipsters support him.. because you know he'll make all drugs legal! and that's about the extent of their reason for supporting him, though their likely to sleep through election day after being too wasted night before and not even vote anyways.
rather than bitching and moaning about how your little 'movement' in 2007 for ron paul was "hijacked" by corporatist right-wingers. WHO CARES! Yes, I hate the tea party in its modern form, too, but I'm not gonna use their language and claim that "We had the original tea parties." I'd either come up with a better term for our events or just ignore them.
The Tea Party of 2007 (if u can call it that) was based mainly around Ron Paul, whereas the '09 tea party is a general protest.
Maybe your "tea party" in 2007 WAS supposedly stolen and copied by right-wingers and certain corporate leaders in 2009. You can't prove it, can you? Besides, I don't think it's THAT HARD to come up with "tea party" as a political term or label for a movement, is it? Plus, for all the bitching libertarians do today about how their precious 'tea parties' were 'hijacked', they have YET to hold their OWN separate big tea parties in the current era, if I recall correctly.
So you're claiming something you supposedly originated in late 2007 (maybe early 2008) that was abandoned not long after and was 'reclaimed' by conservatives in 2009 is somehow a 'hijack'?? ook... Besides, the vast majority of tea partiers and people who follow the tea party's activities probably NEVER KNEW ABOUT your little ron paul "tea parties" in '07! Or that they were actually referred to by that name until 2009 when you brought it up AFTER THE FACT. So, whatever.
I fail to see how a bunch of fairly small rallies for ONE CANDIDATE (Ron Paul) in late 2007 is somehow "equivalent" to the allegedly "hijacked" tea parties in 2009! Almost 2 fucking years later! Unless the libertarians had "tea parties" for Paul all throughout 2008, the fact that the 2009 teabaggers called themselves "tea partiers" is only tangentially related.
Seriously, come up with YOUR OWN NAME for these movements now since the teabaggers "hijacked" it. Rather than whining
I think the idea for the TEA Party was initially fuelled by the We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education, when they protested and refused to pay taxes to govt officials who never answered the Petitions for Redress of Grievances. There were many such gatherings (endorsed by Ron Paul) outside the front of State Federal Reserve banks and IRS buildings. This was back in 2005 and shortly after, the TEA Party was formed. Aaron Russo's film "America: Freedom to Facsism" opened my eyes.

This isn't a tea-party rally, the tea-party didn't even exist in 2007.
Not only that; Ron Paul is/was a libertarian, and like the majority of libertarians, we do not support the tea-party, they're merely taking supporters along for the ride.
@tysonlikes YOU ARE WRONG. It did exist in 2007 & was formed around the Ron Paul run for the nomination as the Republican candidate for President. I agree that many libertarians don't support the Tea Party & that it was hijacked by the Republicans, but that does not change the fact that it did exist in 2007. Ron Paul has always served as a Republican, regardless of his libertarian views.
@seeitasitis Ron Paul is a disicple of Reagan and believes in Voodoo Economics, the BS Safety Net, and dismanting the Federal government, so as to form States run by their own elite Oligarchy that can not be challenged by anyone, as the Oligarchy will ensure that nobody has the economic means to put up a poster against them.
You are too young to know any of how Reagan raised taxes on the Middle and Lower Classes by cutting Federal funds to the States, resulting in higher taxes.. Go back to bed.
@MrManganese Hahaha... Ron Paul didn't step up and lead? He stayed in the Republican primary past the "you can't win" point just to keep pushing his Libertarian message of freedom and individual responsibility. The simple fact is that the establishment does NOT like Ron Paul and, especially during the '08 campaign, did everything they could to ridicule and illegimative him.
Now, 'conservatives' parrot RP's ideas in their fight for power, but refuse to support RP because he's a true believer.
Does anyone know if the general population of Austin Texas supports Dr Paul ?If they are anything like this, we would consider relocating our business and investments to Austin ( area ) Texas.
What disgusts me is that there I've encountered certifiable Ron Paul haters on the Internet that will swear up and down that Ron Paul had nothing to do with the modern tea party movement. I kid you not! HEY, "SOLO", IF YOU'RE READING THIS, GET A CALENDAR AND LOOK UP DECEMBER 16TH, 2007, THEN KISS MY ASS, YOU EFFING NEOCON REVISIONIST!
Ironic that the Tea Party movement is named for an event which was based on, essentially, the price of tea being too high due to an English tax on it (a form of economic tyranny) and Ron Paul still believes segregation and racial discrimination on the part of private businesses (another form of economic as well as social tyranny) is perfectly acceptable because it is not Government mandated. The descendants of slaves were being taxed, but how well were they being represented?
I remember when there were real people that care about the issues in the Tea Party, then it was co-opted by the New World Order, real people left and a bunch of tards joined. Now the Tea Party is made up of the people who let Bush do whatever the NWO wanted, and if you questioned the president you were with the terrorists. What happened to that, now you call yourselfs patriots what a joke!
@heatbucspies55 "Having a Ron Paul sign is basically the same as having one of those signs."
You didn't actually think Ron Paul was any different than the other Republican assholes. He's just more deceptive and his followers (in many cases) are as naive as Obama's. Only the hardcore Republican;ican assholes recognize Ron Paul's as no different than Reagan, but they'd NEVER admit it. They're Voodoo Economics Zombies..
Yup, amazing. Thank you for posting this video! Reminds me of grass roots campaigning for Ron Paul. Our movement sure came up with some great creative ideas. Everything from starting the tea parties to highway banners to the Ron Paul blimp. 2012 our movement will prevail!
@Thrice13 Are you loony? Obama supporters did much more than march to get him elected. Do know the number of people he mobilized to become president? Do you realize the significance of electing the first black man as president?
Ron Paul will never be president, and it takes a very puerile mind to think he has a chance in 2012.
i don't have any videos dumbass, they're called favourites. and i like how you 'looked at the titles' and thought you knew what kind of person i am. way to go, 'real retard'.
oh really? right, because that's so much worse than polluting the internet with the garbage on your channel. oh and 'favourite' is the correct spelling of the word, i don't use american english because i'm not american. things like the tea parties make me glad about that.
Your point of view is so skewed I don't think you even know what reality is. There is no better or worse when it comes to what people put on the internet. But what you have listed as favorites is just mindless garbage. And that is because you are mindless. It is evident in your staunch support of the King's English & your dislike of political protest. You are a bootlicker. All those that inhabited Europe who had any backbone left & came here. The same is true of most countries. You're pathetic.
yeah great point: everthing is subjective on the internet, its all a matter of opinion, except my stuff is 'mindless garbage'. way to undermine yourself in two sentences einstein.
i have nothing against real political protest at all. in fact this is probably the only real 'tea party', a genuine political protest before they got clogged up with republicans.
you idiots love to bring up the nazis. heard of godwin's law? any idea can be linked to the nazis if you go about it this tenuously, including, hilariously, ideas that take up the opposite political position. maybe you should look a bit closer to home? the anti-semitism i see on a lot of these videos has a lot more in common with the nazis than liberal ideas. you pompous moron.
ahahaha, thanks for setting me straight einstein, there i was thinking it was an actual law! what's the punishment for 'breaking' godwin's law? apparently it is a lifetime of idiotic political beliefs and baseless exaggerations. if you break godwin's law you are doomed to forever call people who disagree with you 'liberal fascists' and other stupid oxymoronic terms. or maybe i'm confusing cause and effect here...
leave gravity out of it. what is your argument here exactly? i'm a 'liberal fascist' because i disagree with you? or do you just want to keep throwing lame terms around and try to desperately score points? because you're not having much success with that so far.
You brought up laws. That's your argument. That's what you said. If you want to leave gravity out of it then you shouldn't bring up laws that aren't laws and pretend they are. You shouldn't bring up something then pretend it's nothing. If you're so against something then don't use it as a body of evidence.
PS you still don't know the philosophy of Heidegger or how you're unwittingly emulating him.
yes, a reference to 'godwin's law' where someone is unnecessarily bringing up the nazis MUST mean i believe it is a real law. of course, as you've shown, godwin's 'law' certainly does expose the stupidest argument, but i just thought it was amusing you went straight to the nazis, as if it were an obvious and rational argument. i don't suppose you'd like to humour me and explain how i'm 'emulating' a dead german philosopher? bonus points if you don't mention the nazis.
Circular Logic. You say unnecessary w/o evidence as to WHY it's unnecessary. Just assume it's true. Anti-rationalism is the basis for collectivism: Rousseau, Saint-Simon, Hegel, Marx, Heidegger.
BTW, I already did. "Everything is subjective." That is a fascist construction, like I said. But you weren't paying attention
And here you are, providing as much evidence as you can to support Heidegger while simultaneously dismissing any notion thereof out-of-hand, without a shred of evidence.
you want me to prove to you why it is unnecessary to cry nazism all the time? disregarding the increasingly obvious fact that a qualified psychiatrist would be better suited to deal with this, how about the fact that it is at best a purely ad hominem attack designed only for point scoring? it reminds me of the 'argument' against evolution that simply states that hitler was a believer in social darwinism.
"everything is subjective" is a well known quote, especially used in reference to something that is always subjective - personal taste - and it may surprise you to learn this but throwing it around does not make you a nazi.
its funny how you claim two of the most highly rational thinkers in modern history - marx and hegel - to be anti-rational. let me guess, you prefer some ayn rand, right? it seems that anything you disagree with is 'anti-rational' simply because you disagree with it.
my 'support' of actual english is because i AM english not because i love royals or some retarded idea like that. most countries do not learn american english. you have a ridiculous idea of britain is like - the war of independence ended over 200 years ago, you cretin.
oh and forgive me for not emigrating to america in say the 18th and 19th centuries, when there was maybe some point in it, but believe it or not I WASN'T ALIVE THEN. you aren't setting a shining example of america by the way.
Ta Daaaaaaaah! The tea parties worked everyone! Obama's going to assemble a team to go through the budget line by line and figure out which items are worth keeping and which ones can be eliminated!
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. He's been saying that since before he was inaugurated. Damn my memory is short.
This just may be the last chance for us to truly be heard, even now our own government is listing (report released yesterday by homeland security)any person that thinks the government is growing to large and gaining too much power as domestic terrorist.
Free Speech---Use it or lose it baby!
Godspeed to the Tea Party protestors on the 15th!
Hi all, for those disturbed with the waste of the Stimulus bill and its socialist implications, then do a youtube or google search for Tax day tea party protests.
The Cincinnati Tea Party (do a youtube search) has already occurred and had literally 5-6 thousand people protesting the FED, the stimulus plan and the squandering of their childrens future.
thats so awesome, it should have made national news, and if that thing marched across the USA i would join in, quit work and follow the freedom train! wahoo!
GREAT! Now we need all of our brother and sister PATRIOTS from Austin,San Diego,(that one was HUGE),Boston and all over the country at the march on Washington D.C. Let's make the million man march look like a small sleep over! In LIBERTY America! Your Pennsylvania friends love you all!
WOW is all i can say.....when the time comes, i am glad to know that my FELLOW PATRIOTS will fight beside me. BLACK PEOPLE WAKE UP AND STOP VOTING DEMOCRAT ALL THE DAMN TIME> the problems this country faces is more than just black and white.
You guys in Austin are amazing! Hey check us out in Santa Monica CA!! type in Santa Monica tes party. Remember money bomb on MLK birthday! 1-21-08 GO RON PAUL.
Next worldwide march for Ron Paul will be held on February 2nd! You may also add your city if it's not listed. Let's flood the world with the message of freedom!
I wish the whole world could vote in this election...Ron Paul would win by a landslide from the look of things....I've seen people support him from Canada to Australia and every country in between....no other canidate can say that!
6 months ago I thought all was lost. With the North American Union, Nafta, and all of the criminals running our government. Now I have hope. Go Ron Paul!
Join our New Year's rEVOLution! Please donate to Ron Paul's campaign, at ronpaul2008 dot com 1-01-08 to start our New Year's rEVOLution. Vote for freedom - vote for truth - vote for RON PAUL. Thank you. PS: please pass this on.
You're just jealous because we have a truth-speaking candidate who doesn't lie, has absolutely no skeletons in the closet and who we love and adore!!! RON PAUL is the real deal!
Do you remember what happened in 1992? Ross Perot drop out and then rejoined later and he still got 20% of the vote. If RP runs all the way to the end and keep up his money fund raising at the same level, WATCH OUT!!
Ok, fine. I'll play your game. Here's a fact, 70% of Americans want out of the war. You get two CFR on either side supporting the War, one wanting to expand it. And you have Ron Paul on the other side. The two CFR members saying the same crap as always and the dollar tanking. Ron Paul taking about how to fix the dollar. Add the fact only 1/3 of the votes to win and RP has a real chance of winning.
Are polls real or fake? You can't believe a poll that says "70% of Americans want out of the war" and then turn around and bash one that says Ron Paul has support of 4%.
You are lying out of your ass anyway. Anything to get Ron Paul elected, eh? It ain't going to happen.
Did I say fake polls? I think with only 4.5% of Iowans coming out to vote, and knowing the zeal of the Paulers, there is real chance there could be a major upset. Plus, Ron paul only needs to 15-20% to make a mjor impact. he doesn't need to win Iowa, but that would be nice, he only need to show he can win then people all over with start switching. My friend would vote for Ron Paul if he felt like he had a chance of winning. Like some damn football team.
Wow! You guys in Austin Really Rock! Feel the Power! It's starting to feel like a bond taking place- kinda like we Ron Paul supporters, we have our own Brotherhood! (we may even have a few secrets.....shhhh) God Bless You All - PEACE!
I am a 7th generation Texan who fled the police state. I miss Austin soooo much seeing this. FIGHT HARD! GOOOO LONGHORNS! THE EYES OF TEXAS ARE UPON YOU ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY!
Ron Paul will surprise the nation in Iowa, New Hampshire, Michigan, South Caroline, Nevada, and in the states on Feb 5th! He has the most dedicated supporters of any candidate, and this dedication will close the gap in the polls!
They want war in the middle-east. They deliberately make muslims the boogey-man. They are trying to self-fulfill a warped interpretation of biblical prophecy. These misguided peple are being exploited by washington thugs for personal monetary gain.
You have to understand the core religious beliefs of the current republican base. They believe in a misinterpreted biblical apocalypse that's twisting and warping their reasoning. They've been indoctrinated by misguided bible-thumping pimps who use FEAR and propaganda as a means for extortion and the politicians through media pander to their delusions of convoluted biblical prophecy. No wonder they are anti-peace and pro war.
I will make it my mission in life to proliferate this movement towards revitalizing the constitution of the united states. This is only the beginning. These right wing close minded grandma and grandpa nannies running this country will be ousted by the new generation and the new REVOLUTION. They're days are coming to an END fast. We will supplant them and make this a better country and restore peace to the world.
Looks like you all had a great time in Austin! I wish I could have been there AND in Boston! It is inspiring to see so many people marching for the cause of liberty. Ron Paul supporters definitely have the most fun! Tea Parties, a blimp, a mini-blimp, Ron Paul chocolates... I can't wait to see what the rEVOLution comes up with next!
@streetmagicstyle yes it so funny to see that so many burnt out druggies and pothead hipsters support him.. because you know he'll make all drugs legal! and that's about the extent of their reason for supporting him, though their likely to sleep through election day after being too wasted night before and not even vote anyways.

ahahaha, thanks for setting me straight einstein, there i was thinking it was an actual law! what's the punishment for 'breaking' godwin's law? apparently it is a lifetime of idiotic political beliefs and baseless exaggerations. if you break godwin's law you are doomed to forever call people who disagree with you 'liberal fascists' and other stupid oxymoronic terms. or maybe i'm confusing cause and effect here...
of course i know it isn't a law you cretin.
bobzilla211 2 years ago
You don't know what laws are.
What is the law of gravity?
thomaserossi 2 years ago
leave gravity out of it. what is your argument here exactly? i'm a 'liberal fascist' because i disagree with you? or do you just want to keep throwing lame terms around and try to desperately score points? because you're not having much success with that so far.
bobzilla211 2 years ago
You brought up laws. That's your argument. That's what you said. If you want to leave gravity out of it then you shouldn't bring up laws that aren't laws and pretend they are. You shouldn't bring up something then pretend it's nothing. If you're so against something then don't use it as a body of evidence.
PS you still don't know the philosophy of Heidegger or how you're unwittingly emulating him.
thomaserossi 2 years ago
yes, a reference to 'godwin's law' where someone is unnecessarily bringing up the nazis MUST mean i believe it is a real law. of course, as you've shown, godwin's 'law' certainly does expose the stupidest argument, but i just thought it was amusing you went straight to the nazis, as if it were an obvious and rational argument. i don't suppose you'd like to humour me and explain how i'm 'emulating' a dead german philosopher? bonus points if you don't mention the nazis.
bobzilla211 2 years ago
Circular Logic. You say unnecessary w/o evidence as to WHY it's unnecessary. Just assume it's true. Anti-rationalism is the basis for collectivism: Rousseau, Saint-Simon, Hegel, Marx, Heidegger.
BTW, I already did. "Everything is subjective." That is a fascist construction, like I said. But you weren't paying attention
And here you are, providing as much evidence as you can to support Heidegger while simultaneously dismissing any notion thereof out-of-hand, without a shred of evidence.
thomaserossi 2 years ago
you want me to prove to you why it is unnecessary to cry nazism all the time? disregarding the increasingly obvious fact that a qualified psychiatrist would be better suited to deal with this, how about the fact that it is at best a purely ad hominem attack designed only for point scoring? it reminds me of the 'argument' against evolution that simply states that hitler was a believer in social darwinism.
bobzilla211 2 years ago
"everything is subjective" is a well known quote, especially used in reference to something that is always subjective - personal taste - and it may surprise you to learn this but throwing it around does not make you a nazi.
its funny how you claim two of the most highly rational thinkers in modern history - marx and hegel - to be anti-rational. let me guess, you prefer some ayn rand, right? it seems that anything you disagree with is 'anti-rational' simply because you disagree with it.
bobzilla211 2 years ago
my 'support' of actual english is because i AM english not because i love royals or some retarded idea like that. most countries do not learn american english. you have a ridiculous idea of britain is like - the war of independence ended over 200 years ago, you cretin.
oh and forgive me for not emigrating to america in say the 18th and 19th centuries, when there was maybe some point in it, but believe it or not I WASN'T ALIVE THEN. you aren't setting a shining example of america by the way.

Dennis Kucinich (2nd most popular on the net) and Mike Gravel's been endorsed by Ralph Nader.
Although they disagree on some issues they are the only three candidates that are honest by a long shot.
Don't be fooled by the Republican vs Democrat BS we are all Americans.

Prolong your agony, eh? Independents do so great in general elections so you have a whole lot to look forward to.
ronpaul2016 4 years ago
Add the fact only 1/3 of the votes to win and RP has a real chance of winning.
srice555 4 years ago
Are polls real or fake? You can't believe a poll that says "70% of Americans want out of the war" and then turn around and bash one that says Ron Paul has support of 4%.
You are lying out of your ass anyway. Anything to get Ron Paul elected, eh? It ain't going to happen.
ronpaul2016 4 years ago
Did I say fake polls? I think with only 4.5% of Iowans coming out to vote, and knowing the zeal of the Paulers, there is real chance there could be a major upset. Plus, Ron paul only needs to 15-20% to make a mjor impact. he doesn't need to win Iowa, but that would be nice, he only need to show he can win then people all over with start switching. My friend would vote for Ron Paul if he felt like he had a chance of winning. Like some damn football team.
srice555 4 years ago
People won't start switching. McCain won New Hampshire in 2000. Where did that get him with that "impact"?

They want war in the middle-east. They deliberately make muslims the boogey-man. They are trying to self-fulfill a warped interpretation of biblical prophecy. These misguided peple are being exploited by washington thugs for personal monetary gain.
jeffpad520 4 years ago
You have to understand the core religious beliefs of the current republican base. They believe in a misinterpreted biblical apocalypse that's twisting and warping their reasoning. They've been indoctrinated by misguided bible-thumping pimps who use FEAR and propaganda as a means for extortion and the politicians through media pander to their delusions of convoluted biblical prophecy. No wonder they are anti-peace and pro war.
jeffpad520 4 years ago 6
I will make it my mission in life to proliferate this movement towards revitalizing the constitution of the united states. This is only the beginning. These right wing close minded grandma and grandpa nannies running this country will be ousted by the new generation and the new REVOLUTION. They're days are coming to an END fast. We will supplant them and make this a better country and restore peace to the world.
