You can tone your butt, but exercise cannot help you store more fat in your butt which contributes to the ample shape. Genes determine where your body stores fat to a large degree.

Just like larger breasted women store more fat in their breasts and often in their waists than smaller breasted women, women with larger butts naturally store more fat there. There's nothing that can be done about that.

I am not against herbs but would be careful about ingesting anything. Research.
