I used the land editor which contains options for mountains, water, waterfalls, and terrain texture; this is found by clicking the icon on the left of the screen which looks like a shovel. The water features are very fussy, though. I recommend looking up RCT3 tutorials for working with waterfalls. I also would like to encourage everyone to take advantage of these terrain tools; there is a lot of potential for great landscaping.
Amazing. Great use of scenery. There were some slow parts though :P

No custom scenery was used. I used what ever came with RCT3 Platinum.
