Good luck achieving your goal im sure you will do it. When i was at University my weight reached about 275 but ive now managed to lose most of my excess and am now down to around 145 so it can definitely be done. by the way, i read that some of the crumbs cupcakes have around 1000 calories in each on!!

dont torture yourself with cupcakes!!!!! and only lose the weight if it is for youself. i understand what it feels like to want to lose weight even when people tell you that you don't need to. so if you want to do it, go for it! you need to be comfortable in youf own skin. so do whatever it takes to get there. best wishes!

I've not seen your videos for a while, and when I started this one up it looked to me like you've lost weight since the last video I watched a few months ago..your looking good bro! but, if you are going to lose weight then just take your time and do it in small steps and I think you'll do good. i'm the thickest ever, if you look at my old vids from Summer 07 i used to have a jawline. Now it's all full round face and chubby cheeks when I smile. More than my looks, it's about how I feel... when I see how I look!

I can be better at taking care of myself. It's just been a very self-induglent year.
