my gman theory is: the game is called half life because Gordon Freeman has a half life, one half of his life is him and the other half of his life is gman. When Gordon made a new race and a new world gman became the other version of him thats not human and gman wants Gordon to destroy the the aliens that he made and the aliens want him to destroy black mesa but gman blew black mesa up because the aliens were taking over the place and he wanted them gone.

So, i have gathered this: G-Man is an alien agent that works for Dr. Breen and turned off the dampening fields and brought the crystal to the Anti-Mass Spectrometer and caused the resonance cascade so the combine could come so Breen Could be the king of Earth.
also there is no explanation for why the vorts stop him from getting to freeman or why he wanted alyx to make it to white forest nor is there an explanation for the wierd radio/tv sounds with the voice in the background in hl2 (tv shows gman and then he dissapears along with the sounds)
actually valve announced that "gman" is not really his name its a code that they used as G(overnment)man because of his formal clothing and for no other reasons so his name could be anything also i dont think that gman is like a half god as he has employers (he mentions them in hl1) and he sometimes sounds like he's trading gordon's contract (his agreement to work for gman/gmans employers that he made in hl1) though valve is holding out on us gman is supposed to be a mystery...

In HL redemption the Gman tests the abilities if gordon and discovers a very big potential, so there is no way for him to kill gordon

Idiot your theory is absolutely wrong. The reason of resonance cascade is Dr.Breen, the administrator of Black Mesa.
It is in HL1 - Combine told Breen he must use specific crystal for the experiment.
Then Freeman helped Combine when he launched the satellite.
Combine used this satellites for their Portal Storm so Gman was "out of game" for 5 years. Then he get Freeman up...
