I was the envy of my schoolmates back then when most can only sport a Palm V. For sure it's an eye candy, but unfortunately this device died less than a year of purchase.
what ever version it is, i'm still addicted to any WinMo devcices. I started using pocket pc 6 yrs ago it helps me a lot kept me organized specially at work my job is security instead of using real notebook I use my ipaq to write notes, incidents reports makes my work much easier. its very useful for me when writing my lyrics on the go. it handles my paydays, monthly expenses, bills, appointments, emails etc... internet, pix, video, music keeps me entertained specially games best for killing time lol
i think i have to belive u,,,, cuz ive been lookin since 2 month now n i still dont know how,,, yaa bout da xda,,,well its hard to trak all steps or somthing somthing
Wow, if i had seen this video a few months ago there was no way I would have bought my Diamond2, they've changed absolutely nothing! And even with huge hardware improvements this old iPaq is a lot snappier than all new devices. On their computer operating system they're doing a great job improving everything (Windows 7) but this just sucks. I think I'm getting Android asap =)
Yea its sickly fast but that may be because there is absolutely nothing on it. It is extremely sad that microsoft hasnt' really changed the software at all. I mean to be honest WM6.5 doesn't look that different if you exclude the newest builds

This device had a lot of problems...OS, battery life, dust creep; but it surely paved the way for current smartphones.

Why is this Pocket PC using the worlds dangerous battery!? ;D Eitherway, its fun to see how Windows Mobile has evolved.

Internet...? Use ActiveSync or tether via IRDA (assuming you have either an IRDA phone or laptop still around)

@sonus911 Or use a ethernet card

Part of the reason the screen is so washed out is that it's transflexive. It can work without the backlight on and looks fine in bright sun.

I know a way to hook it up to the internet. Sync it with activesync, it will share an internet connection via USB.

Is the smartphone market that bad? You couldn't find anything better than that to review? Hey...I have a Palm Pilot I could send you if you'd like.
