The breakdown in this is simply one of the greatest 'hairs standing on the back of your neck' moments in music.

And the title really does suit the song perfectly for me- the track conjours up the image of dark, forlorn, seedy alleyways, encased by the bright lights of skyscrapers i.e. the dingy underbelly of a city.
