well, the washington post did a story on it - even if you raise taxes by 10% on couples bringing in a total of $350,000 per year, you won't even half way pay for it. And there's a point where investors just won't want to go to the trouble to invest if they're not going to get a decent return on it. If you really want to make another $25,000 in profit (for whatever your reason), it would be getting to the point where you would have to work enough to make $50,000 just to cover the taxes.
