Mole has chocolate. The historical use of chocolate was to keep it bitter an drink it with different spices, and used in savory dishes. It's strange to many people because we only really understand the use of chocolate as a sweetened version prepared by the sugar freak Europeans.

I've been interested in the Mo Bacon bar but have never tried one yet. Chocolate and chili peppers are a nice combo too.
