Wahey, a fellow Pakistani :D I probably don't get it right either lol but I think it's something on the lines of: the couple has no sense of having to pretend with eachother. When people go out, they tend to act a lot more sweet than they naturally are. The couple has spent so much time together, been through so many difficulties, that they can just do whatever they really feel like doing or saying when their together. They can't have that type of openness with anyone else.

i get it. the couple lives on the cloud because it shows that's what they are like in their real home. Except every time a plane flies by, that's basically people coming into their lives so they only pretend to be in love, this vid simbolizes real life. if a family got in a fight, and they had to go in to public as a happy family for a party for ex., then they'll pretend they are a happy family with no fights or worries. get it??
