@HomeGrownDubs It's not a controller, it is self-contained. A bit odd as an instrument, one of those 21st-century departures from traditional instruments. It has as its basis a 16-beat sequencer, mixed in with other function screens.

I really like your composition, but I'm not sure I agree with the people saying that most other Tenori-on compositions are just random notes.

Perhaps they are simply responding more favourably to the 4/4 beat, I'm really not sure.

Anyway, great house track - the tenori-on sounds are well chosen and sympathetic to the material.

don't seem maybe, but they are, just the internal sounds, no external samples or midi, just the tenori itself playing solo with 6 AA batteries audio out direct to audio in in my computer, ;)

Fruity loops is the best thing to happen to music since the mpc. You have to know how to use it, and you have to have the right sounds.

this was a bit better sequencing than some other tenori-on vids--you can get the same results from FRUITY LOOPS-- way cheaper-wonder if it has a built in sampler--that might make it better-be able to sample some other sounds and "LOOP" them
