The reason I love BMW's is that they're designs grow on you! Few months back when I first saw this design, I wasn't so fond of it and preferred the looks of the E60 and E39, but now, I'm really loving this design! I still think it's a bit too large for a 5, but still, I love this car!

It's the chassis model designation number that BMW gives to each model of cars they produced. For example, the four different versions of the M3 are E30, E36, E46 and E92. Each time they come our with a new version of a model they give it a new number. They've been using "E" for decades but ran out of numbers from 1-99, so they moved on to "F". The F10 5-series is the first BMW to have a "F" in front of the number and not an "E".

not true. first BMW which have F is F01. Currently 7-series.
