My gelding's grandad is coed coch endor out of coed coch derwas & coed coch llawrig! My geldings sire is llanarth Byron who has now gone to the states!
Wow, how amazing to see some of the last pure coed Coch ponies. My old welsh sec B pony, was a Pure Coed Coch, through and through, Coed Coch Nimrod (sire) and coed coch nicola (dam), she was beautiful, i am searching for relatives of my pony, do her parents names ring any bells of yours? if you have any info or know anything on the family, please mail me :D xx
Oh well. And sorry I don't know, Jumanji was wild when I bought him at 1 and a half from a dealer, i only had his passport to go by, his name is Nantllesg ossie, i can't seem to find and info about the Nantllesg stud either as he has quite alot of their cobs in him. xo
you are looking at ponies that are way past their prime. They came together for a last turnout of all remaining Coed Coch Ponies still alive after the stud dispersed in 1978. None of the ponies are under 20.

I have found out my ponies' parents, his dad was Coed Coch Branas, and his mum was a Glenmore pony :)

Lovely!
My welsh pony is nearly directly out of Coed Coch Branas :)
I'd love to find out more about him, but i can't email Glenmore stud.
I'm not sure who his mum was though, I think Coed Coch something.
