Did he just start talking on his own ?among many random phrases i swear i heard him say "where's she going" "cool commercial" "coin collecting", "look it up in webster's" "one minute i'm busy", "it's downstairs", "let me ask her" "whats the matter buddy boy" "i'm gonna go back downstairs" "i gotta pee", "we love you lucky guy" "small face actors" "get some more"
Louie is a very good talker and imitator, but I am not sure about trying to "communicate" with his humans in this manner. My own observations have led me to believe that budgies do not readily grasp human languages as means of communication... Our budgies are also good talkers, especially Babi, but they always use budgie language when they want to communicate something.

So precious! It seems he's repeating sentences from some movies... Sometimes he's hilarious! For sure he has a strong memory to remember so many things! When he laughs he's really amazing!!!
