i love the previous comment saying weight is unhealthy not unpretty. ive learned that the easiest way is not to say i want to loose 90 lbs because that just seems too much instead give yourself a goal of lets say a pound or two a week. that could be either 4lbs or 8lbs a month if lets say 4 that would be 48lbs in a year. if you make that 8 then it would be nearly 100lbs. i hope that helped because that helped me. remember it's all mental. how much do you want it.

I gained weight too..so I can relate to you a lot. I am 5'2 and 190 lbs. I am just praying that I dont let myself go further and that this would be a turning point for me. I dont want to be over 200lbs. The funny thing was when I was 125lbs I thought i was fat! Little did I know that it would get much much worse.
