Good question. While I am sure it wouldn't be as easily seen being haze would fade the contrast, I would think so myself if one was looking for it. Even more interesting question would be just how much of the 149 mile track could be seen from that altitude of FL330
I wonder just how far is the track to the horizon line in my video. If I was to estimate it would be close to 50 to 75 miles which would only be only 1/3 to 1/2 the entire track!
It literally looks like a river of destruction.
