I agree and would recommend generally going indirect in virtually all venues outside of nightclubs. That way if you aren't getting a lot of IOI's you can become friends with the girl and make her your pivot, thus having access to her entire social network.

You have to have interesting personality and create this atmosphere of curiosity and coolness if you want to stick with indirect. Although ,this attributes can be taught (developed via IG/ life) , it takes a lot of time. Direct approaches give you following: -fast -they build massive confidence -allow you to learn how to express your interest in non-threatening (and nice,playful) way.

I live outside the city in a really spread out town. There are mature older people at work, and the mall is full of really young high school chicks.

I am having real troubles building up any kind of female contacts for my "abundance". And without that I am intimidated to enter any kind of night venue.

I have a question regarding logistics as it's currently the biggest sticking point for me at the moment as i live at home with parents. When you've got a girls number and had an awesome day 2... How would you go about proceeding forwards to extracting her somewhere more private for a full close? Obviously living with parents can be a pain and so extracting her back to mine would be a massive problem.....

Reason I ask as it seems some what "naive" to approuch her in a way in which you're trying to get her attention.
