Lads,this is all great but has any of you here have the guts to actually know the truth about weather or not your spouse or lover is cheating? I had the guts I actually intercepted my wife's cell phone for over 2 months before I actually found out she was cheating,some people are just too good at hiding it.

I know from experience too, mate; trick is to learn when you're in denial about the current situation vs feeling paranoid because of something in the past.

Depends on how long they were together. Do they have kids together? Does he talk to her on a daily basis? Are they hanging out together (malls, theaters, dinner dates)? If you're not willing to spend time or you're busy, and she's "Plan B" then these are a few signs you should look at..
The more of these signs you see, the chances are he's cheating...You should move on if that's the case...
