u dont need to go to an academy you can find an airline that runs their own cabin crew training schemes. Ryanair, Easyjet and Virgin I no do them but if you just check their careers section of their websites u can find a lot more.

Also u dont need a travel and tourism GCSE, Im sure it would be beneficial but not essential

Im in Glasgow - Granite House its the reservations centre for Direct. Did the cabin crew training last year in MAN after i did a season of flying.
