bull shit vollys and real firefighters are different im a paid firefighter and there is a big big difference

in holland the volunteer fire fighters get the same lessons as pro firefighters, and the same knowledge. And stop whit words as Bull shit, what i say is true in our country, and that is maybe in your country not the same as here.

think about it what would be the need of volunteers if they all had the same knowledge they would just have to be all paid

uhm... In Holland they were all payd. maybe that is diferend as in de usa, or uk, were you are from.

volly gets only a little paid like every 30 min will get about the 100 euro of danger money en pro firefighters like in big city`s in amsterdam rotterdam and diffrent city`s they get full paid but they all need to get the same knowledge becouse they both get into fires
