Nears not a fake L! The differences may be hard to notice but here are some: He's less human than L, when Ukita died L was shaking. Near didn't give a care when the SPK were killed. Near also doesn't seem to be as in denial as L. Near isn't as friendly as L, L appriciates help more then Near does. All Near ever says to someone who gives help (Aizawa) is "Thanks, Bye!" When Soichiro stole the tapes L got emotional saying "Mr. Yagami, this won't go to waste!" L also shows fear, Near never does.

Actually, this alternate ending is not much different from the original. The backstory to it has changed dramatically into the plot of the series. Mello was 'supposed' to have captured the Death Note and kill most of the agents working for Near. But this takes place far into the story when Takada has connections with Mikami, in this instance.... there's no way she would have known Near's real name. However.... in the original story-line..... Mello would have known and yet hadn't killed him then.
@EarthEmerald1 this scene is only seen in Death Note Relight 2: L's Successors..It's pretty much the same in the original series but a little different, this scene Mikami's the one killing them and Near gets spattered in blood (didn't die) and in the original series, they get killed by Mello, Near doesn't get spattered in blood (still didn't die) XD

Not bad idea, I've been thinking about this for some time, so the conclusion, that I've made: It'd be rather hard to deliver a bomb into the building, cause there is a strong security system and bomb would be observed very very quickly.

Since Misora was the only one with a gun, &the conditions were just right, they were both at the same place, same time, one with a gun shooting it,& one dying of a gun wound, THAT is why she died. They should have wrote in the death note so-and-so will try to kill everyone in the immediate vicinity except so-and-so (the other people written in the book as to have more chances of getting Near). This would make sure everyone tied to the investigation would die and most likely include Near.

Near didn't die! It's the scene from "L's successors", not alternative ending.
You can not kill smb using the Note if you don't know his/her name and face. If you wrote: "Sean Davey, suicide, before suicide he killed Near with a gun", Sean would just die of heart attack and nothing, that you've written, would happen. Cause you don't know Near's name and face, so the written conditions are inaccessible.
The Death Note isn't all-powerful.

@fusonfallmaster As everyone can see Near is still alive just covered in blood. This is just an alternative scene for death of the SPK members and the other one is where Mello kills them. So... Either way, Near is alive and story continues as it should go on.

Not bad idea, I've been thinking about this for some time, so the conclusion, that I've made: It'd be rather hard to deliver a bomb into the building, cause there is a strong security system and bomb would be observed very very quickly.

@MichalichFag Actually, there's a rule that says the person who's name has been written in the death note can not harm/kill anyone else. So if the person was about to kill another person he would just die of a heart attack. i.e "Sean Davey goes insane and kills everyone in the room." He would just die of a heart attack.

Near didn't die, cause you can not kill the person using Death Note if you don't know his name (we didn't see, that Mikami had written Nate River's (this is N's real name) name).
You can't write: "ill Rat, suicide, before suicide he killed Near with a gun" because you don't know Near's name and face, if you wrote in this way, ill Rat would just die of heart attack and nothing, that you've written, would happen.

@nelsong33 Actually, that not true,when he got misora to kill that girl, he simply said that the girl would die of a gun shot, &he wrote that Misora would shoot a gun then kill herself, Or else she would have died of a heart attack. Since Misora was the only one with a gun, &the conditions were just right, they were both at the same place, same time, one with a gun shooting it,& one dying of a gun wound, THAT is why she died. The rules say if it leads 2 more deaths u will died of a heart attack
