It is REALLY fast like POTO said, and yes the chorus is SUPPOSed to be sped up, the verses however are not. Theres nothing wrong with a change in tempo. This guy also (no offense) cant sing it very well... Hes singing like a couple of notes higher, and he doesnt follow the piano...no offense :)
@POTOskaterJMchic While I agree that most of it is very fast, I kind of like it that way, I think that certain parts, ESPECIALLY the "I remember once! Back in '42!..." need to be fast. There's another video on youtube of a guy who did it very slow, and was great as an old man, but that moment was so slow and dull. Making it fast makes him a crazy, loveable man.
