Skies of Arcadia (Tested on NullDC Dreamcast Emulator)

I could never play the second half of skies of arcadia as the disk never worked (software issue, no scratches on disk) Any idea where I could play it online? Can't find any old copies anymore

Old comment, but I should say that's not the case anymore. Dolphin is one of the best emulators in development and it has tons of support.

One of the greatest RPGs of all time, its in my top 5 to be honest.

Now I gotta play it again, cant control myself :D Ill start searching for that emulator ASAP. ^^

I have the same problem but with Dolphin I cant get the DC obe to work just thinks the game disk is a music CD if anyone has any ideas would be happy to read them.

It's just out of sync in some areas. Not too big of a deal but nothing beats playing it on a Gamecube or Dreamcast.

okay, i downloaded it at emu paradise, but when i try to extract all files, they say something bout part 8 like i need to extract it with volume 8. but i tried and still the same error. Can anyone help plz? i also realised part 8 is the first part for disk 2? does that have anything to do with this.

Hey when I go to download the game on EMuparadise there are like 12 files. Do I download them all? or are they just mirrors?

You download them all and you use winrar to combine all the files.

What are your NullDC settings please? Clouds are rendered really bad with mines.

They're all default settings. Maybe it's your rom?

Same results with others roms. I'm using the V1.0.3 and you? I also use the nullPVR graphics plugin v1.0.0 with those settings :

-palette textures : versionned

-sort : strip

-modifier volume : normal

-Z buffer mode : D24S8 mode 2

i also play this game with nullDC...and it works great (minimal graphic issue doesn-t really bothers me much) The only BIG problem is the SO OUT OF SYNC AUDIO on movies and on some attacks that take long time to perform (for example Vise when using pirates wrath - the skill has already been used and your still hearing that skill sound with a 5 sec delay or so...really annoying. Still, im glad this game is 95% playable on PC (at least i can finish it). Hope they make new improvement soon.

Yeah I have the exact same issues with the out of sync audio. It still works more than it doesnt and thats more than good enough for me. So you beat the game with this game on null dc? How long is this game anyways? I never got around to beating it ever.

about 40 hours more or less...but it depends on your gameplay..i should say 35 hours for most people =)

if you want to COMPLETE the game, put aside about 120hours
