Thanks for the post. Sadly, there was a constant monotonous undertone to the music that only served to aggravate my headache into a full blown migraine, rather than alleviate it. For 20 years now, I have suffered headaches daily and migraines about once a week. Medical science consistently fails me and I have been trying to find alternative methods for dealing with the constant pain. While my search for relief continues, I am glad to see that you have managed to help some people.

It helped with my headache, but I don't really think it's the whole Binaural Beat/brainwave thing doing it. I'm pretty sure it's just the fact that this is a nice ambient music track. However, regardless of how or why it works, the fact that it does (at least, for most people) is good enough for me.

There have not been trials where women want to volunteer to expose themselves or their baby's to something to prove that it is safe. I just recommend not exposing yourself. If it is something you would like to try, I would suggest you ask your OB/GYN.
