  • I love this song. While they hadn't recorded it until the "Historic Reunion" album, it is truly as though it would have been recorded in the 30's. Sara and Maybelle were 1st cousins. Sara's mother, Elizabeth Kilgore, was a sister to Maybelle's mother Margaret. Meryl Kilgore who co wrote "Ring of Fire" with June Carter was a distant cousin.
