i think the main goal is to bring attention to the current taxation system, which is fucked. I think the only problem with phils solution is the control power that the IRS has over the money we make. It is not fair when someone in some office can just click a button, and all of a sudden your money that you worked really hard for is all of a sudden in theyre bank account its fucked.
