Acually this ISN'T fake. Firstly, the cats vocals match perfectly when she is talking. If you have ever seen those videos where people acually train cats to say a certain word? This matches almost perfectly.

Plus,it would be imossible to keep the audio that great if they had to mix sounds in.

The owner has admitted that the "voice" is dubbed in. He even made a youtube video describing how it's their "interpretation" of what Chessie is saying when she makes her completely normal sounding meows (which you never hear). And funny enough, since he made that video admitting it was a fraud there have been no new talking cat videos made. I assume he just got tired of it all or knew the fraud was about to be revealed.
