  • @GodsetDrammen It takes about 6 weeks to see a difference train every week day rest on the week ends eat alot of vegies yea i know its all about the protein its really not the vitamins will make your body speed up the change . :) good luck man

  • Doing excercises like these slow will build overall strength,while doing them fast with still good form will improve explosive strength and endurance=more applicable

  • @turtletrain1 around another 2 or 3 percent. youre already at optimal bmi for wrestling. 142 might make you a little week, i went from 171 to 152 last season. its doable but could have adverse affects bro. be careful

But My friend started when he was twelve and he is still as short as he was back then. Lol :P. I'am not sure if it is because of he's genetics, or because he start working out at such a young age. Just don't do anything necessary at such young age.

  • Hi, i'm 5'8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don't even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don't feel stronger, i'm on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please

  • Get a pull up bar like the iron gym pull up bar.

  • it took 2 years to notice any muscle growing but i did loads i ate loads of protein drank gallons of milk for calcium filled my whole day with exercises push ups attempted pull ups sit ups running jogging i played rugby for a while that was good swimming also good but if you don't feel like doing anything at all try building some adrenaline first or listening to music in the end you will get to where you want to be :)

  • you dont need steroids to get big arms you can get bigger arms by exercising them well over the years they will build up it does not happen over night.

  • It can take up to a year of really hard workouts and proper nutrition to get a really noticeable difference. Big pecs take a few years to get as well. Keep your eye on the prize and work hard, you'll get it.

  • Hi, im training in order to do a free running move called the "bar hold" or "flag". what arm exercise do you recomend for training

  • umm im also doing that but arm isnt anywhere near as much as wot i thought it was once i was shown properly

    basically, work your lats, abs, obliques and your arms and pecs in general (but focus the others more)

    basically i find that the technique to getting there is to PULL on the top arm so its quite bent and PUSH on the bottom, wen u kick up, open your hips towards the sky and stick your legs up vertically (doing this will create the correct strenght for a real falg)
