I have a 4.6 gpa and im 5 months away from grauating 5/24/12, and around the same time away from shipping out to basic training, 6/04/12. Being able to easily purchase weapons doesn't make you free, in a populated country it'll only promote violence, which is why your law enforcement have to carry weapons for protection. My police don't, we have less criminal activity because of it. The fact you have to have 'rules' that grant you the access to particular objects means you aren't free.

You violate noise ordinances/booze parties, fights. Here it is the property owner get cited and court for third violation of cops showing up the fine is $500 third call time. Owner, landlord has a reason to evict the renters. It helped a lot.

At first it was the person who rented the place but it turned out party goes would help pay the fine that did not seem to help stop the problem.
