thanks for posting so we have documentation of this... was a scary day I rem that! I just wish they would learn from this and fix the flipping stillwater bridge!!!!!

Very true. I think the problem arises from the cost. Which is actually 2.5 times what the St. Anthony Falls bridge cost.
They should simply scale the bridge down and abandon the suspension bridge design for a modest bridge that that serves it's purpose.
