  • the grande verse (I'm not sure exactly how to spell it) the girl on the far left at 1:10 is gorgeous!

  • Comment removed

  • I love their costumes so much, their costumes are so lovely to look at

  • Sono tutte diverse...si muove tutta x mettersi in 5 posizione all inizio...e poi oltre le gambe alte nulla di che...

  • Very lovely! Funny how she wiggles to get a tighter 5th in the beginning

  • DA LINDO

  • Not bad. You're sticking your hip out on the developpe in second (trying to get your leg higher, I suspect? Not good, don't sacrifice correct position for height) so you lose height rounding to derriere. Watch the sickling, and the turnout on your standing leg. Also, try to get your foot up in to passe a little quicker - you're doing a sort of weird whipping motion.

  • I love how every time she had her leg to the side, she always dropped it going to arabesque. Beautiful extensions though. Your feet look a little sickled

  • how old was she here?

  • wow great, except all that figiting in the beginning!

  • Fa schifo!

  • good technique should not be sacrificed for the height of the leg, just saying.

  • don't sicle ur foot! keep your posture and don't look down also don't out your leg too high to the side if you can't hold the height to arabesque!!!!

  • Nice!

However, I have a few comments that might help. Adagio is a slow dance and is meant to be smooth, graceful, and glorious. Try connecting your movements and not rushing. Smooth it over and work on your foot work and voila! Beautiful. Remember, foot work is one of the most important parts of classical ballet!

  • wow. you are really good! your legs go really high! :P

  • too much messing around in the beginning.

  • everyone's off tempo so hard to watch!

  • STOP WIGGLING BUT... nice extension side. sickled feet, hopefully she isn't too old here and she's fixed those things now. same comment about gaining height when rounding the leg from side to back or front/ must be even/

  • The girl on the front right has beautiful technique and arms!

  • she lifts her hip and sticks out her ribs also tilts when doing the extension to the side.

  • horrible horrible antes me gustaba pero ya no

  • @Malela89 porqe???

  • half of this video is the girl wiggling her butt in fifth! they're pretty strong for their age, but they need a LOT of refining in the little things, like their feet, shoulders, arms...

  • gays no saben

  • quanto tempo ci vuole per mettersi in quinta O_O??

  • she is soooo good :D

  • Very elegant and she holds her upper body very well. She needs to use her core muscles more to stabilize her positions. which will also result in more suspension and control over her movements :) But still very pretty!

  • catch your balance and hold it you don't look very stable

  • Please make her stop wiggling in 5th!

  • damn whats up with the timing, none of the grils are dancing together?!

  • I love the skirts in this

  • This is just a disrespect with the ballet technique. Ok, keep on practicing and when you improve your technique in a big scale, you can post your videos back. please, don't mess with the ballet with all your laughs and stuff.

  • @thiagospengler You ARE the man! People need to respect the art of ballet!

  • the 26 seconds of moving back and forth at the beggining annoys the hell out of me... -_- but other than that, i wish i had your extensions!!! XD

  • Speytonc Yes I agree with you on that.

  • MsPerformer07 That is absolutely right. That's a pip peeve of mind when dancers purposely lose height.lol Maybe some don't know but they need to learn the right way.

  • No turnout, and okay technique. But she did have nice extensions.

  • куча ошибок, кто выше, это не круто.

  • @wizuma Да, oчeн плохо

  • Comment removed

  • I'd rather see a low develope with correct technique rather than a high one with poor technique.....

  • wow im so jealous! haha! you are awesome!! i need to practice more! :D

  • give her a break jeeeze, i happen to think she's amazing no way can i get my leg that high depressing to watch but she's a really good dancer :)

  • her hips are going all over the place

  • they"re not together and they need to push they"re hips down while they develope up i have a very big problem with that because i have a sway in my back so its really hard to keep my hip down but im working on it.

  • work more on your turnout and less on the height you can reach. also feet are sickling.lovely expressions!

  • Wow u're bautiful and ur dance too i love it :D

  • pretty gerl ... yup, very prety

  • they're really good and the girl at the front can get her leg dead high but is the leg turned in (maybe its just me) and are the feet sickling??

  • @tanyadancer96 yeah, great height but bad technique

  • cool, how many years have these girls danced?

  • fix the sickeled foot

  • watch for sickling

  • beautiful developpe. but watch your hips!

  • Nice height of ur legs.. but stop moving ur feet so much when u are in a developpe! and keep that knee back in the pirouttes!

  • Sweetie in the middle, great extensions but sickled foot :(

  • Girl in center... :| OK!

Girls at right and left... :| BAH!

Girls back... ç____ç Where are your feet ç___ç Terribleeeee...

  • Yes same comment. Girl in front in very lovely, but watch her foot as she developpes up. Sickled.

  • and her developpe to the side her hip is raised considerably high.

  • @dancerasa yeah exactly...and people are saying give her a break...but in the end...the quality can be amazing but if you havent got the technique its gonna get u nowhere..she has lovely quality....but the technique is wrong and the basic stretch of her toe is wrong and shes turned in

  • the girls in the blue skirts are at a higher level than the other girls?. anyways they are all good!

  • soooo good!

    but you're sickleing a bit

  • I love it!! *Has a smile, sees camera... loses smile some*

  • That's really good :) But when you rounde your leg from second to derriere, it should gain height, not lose it.

  • @MsPerformer07 not necessarily. ulyana lopatkina, in a giselle pas de deux she loses height. it only depends on the dance and choreography :)

  • @MsPerformer07 that is exactly what I was taught...and I was just about to comment

  • Beautiful, just remember not to sicle and to connect the foot to the knee quickly when you pirouette. But you could definitely go far!

  • muito lindoo!

    parabens

    eu sou de brasil

  • very good but don't sickle ur foot on the passe

  • tao mentindo q falam ingles

  • your turns are the best of them all, its great!

  • (SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH,I'M FRENCH)

You have a very beautiful soupless, wow! Good job, good continuation!Congratulation!(please look at the show of my school)

  • Soupless. Hahaha. That is cute.

  • you must work a lot...

  • shes good but she aint amazing, but she has potential. but then who am i to say tht, only just frm watching other students since being former student at royal ballet school lol, but i got assed out so ditto haha. :P

  • Compare to anything from the Vaganova school, in first grade level, fifth grade, seventh grade, etc. There is great potential here, but work more on the hands, head, and control. Ballet is about expression, and the beauty of the arms and hands must never waver. I do not mean this as a criticism, but to bring more focus so that more can be achieved. Flow from pose to pose.

  • @bigposercroise there isnt that much potential... bad feet short legs bad center and non flexiblity like a dancing michelin man... fix it. but have fun pause not she doesnt have time for fun she needs to work... harder.

  • @bolshoiboy8 I was trying to support her efforts. Years ago, I saw a lecture by Jacques D'Amboise about how style is added by advanced dancers, and I asked him why wait until advanced, why not teach epaulement and all the details from the beginning. He did not think it would be possible. I have seen amateurs without great bodies start the 8-year method taught by somebody trained in the Vaganova method, and they look beautiful within a few months. There is no reason for shoddy teaching

  • @bigposercroise i understand what you mean that is very kind of you.

  • @bigposercroise what's the 8 year method ? and wich age had these dances? i want to improve quickly to become the best dancer i can be...

  • Beautifully done! Everyone putting her down is jealous they weren't as good as she is at her age! By the time she's in college, I wouldn't doubt if she makes it into a company!

  • wow nicely done

  • brava! you've good possibilities, keep on.

    from Pic

    Vaganova method's Ballet Teacher

    Italy

  • That was a very good extention adn very good turns to keep it up!!!

  • omg so good your demi grande randejam to attitude (dont know how to spell it sorry) was like amazing is this like r.a.d advanced 2?

  • those were really good developes

    lmao

idc if i spelled it wrong

    :]]

  • That was really pretty. Congrats!

  • Very Beautiful...Lovely..keep doing what your doing

  • when did she have sickled feet? they looked winged to me. maybe it's everyone putting this girl down that are the bad dancers...

  • Nice dancing. What a lot of shufferling at the beginning. LOL .You can lift your leg to a good height. Nice pirouttes but try not to hunch your sholders up when you turn (even know they are in 5th position). Well done

  • where is this at?

  • damn. i wish i could lift my left that high

  • i just joined in a studio ballet wat is sickeld feet??? somebody write me please ??

  • Sickled feet is when your foot isn't atrait it is turned in. Extend your leg strait infront of you. Point your toe so they are strait in front of your leg. If your foot is off to the side(going toward the other leg, like an old sickle(a farming tool) you are sickling. Not only is this the UGLIEST habit, but it is bad for your leg and foot muscles. I hope this answered your question. HAPPY DANCING!!!

  • ok well theres alot of mistakes in this video... 1st you shouldnt move alot when youre about to start a adagio 2nd u had sickled feet, u were not lifting up, youre to tense,u standing leg was turned in 6 position(turned in) when u did the arabasque plie back...i was just not that good... i dont want to sound rude but im just helping u out because i kno its hard to make it as a ballerina!!! im a senior at julliard on a full schorship and i train with SAB

  • in the preporation for he whle adagio in the beggining u should tuvk your butt under and pull up.[i get in trouble for that sometimes] and wen u did ur pirouetee make sure whe ur arms are in third thats ur shoulders arnt lifted. it doesnt look very ellegant. ten u should also not sickle ur foot and keep your hips on on thows huge extensions!! othe than that it was pretty good!=]

  • im sure that she knows all of this (and i think that you're wrong on some things). she obviously has been dancing for a while. i don't know where every one gets the idea that they can say things like this, and believe that she is actually going to care about what you are saying.

  • Sickled feet and raised hips...more summer camp for you. Hopefully the parents will bring the video camera along next time too huh?

  • that was pretty good

  • Brave, ma ognuna va per conto proprio, dovrebbero essere tutte uguali nei movimenti, se non si prende quest'abitudine nelle prove al centro in scena è più difficile, oppure il rusultato non è di buona coordinazione.

  • BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • somente eu que falo português aqui ??

  • Make it smoother but this was great.

  • nice girls!

  • good job keep practicing

    ! :)

  • your feet are kind of sickly

  • your hip was up !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow nicely done

  • It's looks like you're having trouble keeping your balance..

  • Well duh.Did you see what she's doing? Her leg was almost touching her head. She has great extension and good control.

  • Such flawless extensions! I'm jealous now.

  • hold your center!

  • The girl on the right of the screen was super good, too!

  • you are very good!

  • wow the extension to the side was amazing.. just work on keeping it that way when you ron de jambe to arebesque :] haha

  • lol. she's so nervous at the beginning

  • really awesome!!! when did you start ballet?

  • It is almost impossible to go from that HIGH develope side to ur arabesque. If you lower ur leg to the side, you will have more comtrol going to arabesque and it will look a lot cleaner. But ur extention is very lovely!!!! :)

  • shit!! i love your extensions!!!

  • iwa they suck yuck iwa iwa iwa i want to through up it could be a lot cleaner

  • o mi dio orribile da vedere

  • you have incredible extensions.

just make sure that you don't let your leg drop when going from ala second to arabesque.

    beautiful technique.

remember to spot in your turns.

  • verry bad but one girl have good potential!

  • The wiggling is distracting, work on your balance

  • you have great extensions and look very beautiful, but work on your balance. you're wiggling a lot.

  • in ur pirouttes u loose spot

  • u have good extensions bur ur feet where bad

    srry

  • on ur first develope your foot was sickled just a tad. But you have great extentions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you need cleaner arms, plus the other feeback people have given. you obviously have natural ability though.

  • try to keep your weight over your toes, its will help with the wiggling! but nice job!

  • wow!

  • you have wonderful extensions yes i must agree, but you must learn to walk and present yourself as a dancer. ballet is supposed to look effortless and when you fidget it is quite impossible to pull of this look. you have beautiful legs and feet for this profession.

  • my friend can do really high extensions

  • what does this have to do with the video?

  • Why does everyone have better extensions than me...

  • å herregud! hun forran var drit god :O

  • hai solo una buona apertura non te la menare...perche' non sei brava

  • Half of the vidio u danced with ur but !!!!!!!

  • yeah, I would have to agree with xoxogossipgirl123456. But it was good!

  • hey(:

ive been a dancer with the miami conservatory for 8 years & your good(:

buut not to be like idk mean?

your sickling and you move too much when preparing in fifth, it takes away from your concentration and your turnout needs work

other than that it was beautifuuuul and you have great extension

  • the girl in the middle is so pretty!

    and soo good!

  • i go to the royal ballet school and dat was sooooo gd

u shuld try out for a ballet scl

    x

    gd luk

  • Very nice extension and overall dancing, but you really should try to not drop your leg so much when bringing it from second to attitude derriere, even if it means not developing as high in the first place.

  • I agree, and also, it was a little jerky...okay, REALLY jerky!

  • ah, dance studio. man my studio smelled really bad. memories:)

  • pretty, but although i can't put my finger on it i feel like something about the technique is off.

then again im infamous for being absurdly picky.

  • thank you everyone from comments and tips!

    im 16 years old btw.

hmm idk what grade i am im advanced.

    this videos are really old

  • I'm seventeen, have been dancing since June '07, and I am in intermediate/advanced.

And I figured out the critique I was attempting to elaborate to you in my earlier comment.

You need to work on relaxing your fingers, your turnout, and you seem to be sickeling your feet a bit. These are all minor of course and everything else is beautiful. The fact that this is really old probably means that by now you're an amazing dancer. I'm jealous. :)

What school are you training with?

  • very nice, keep your shoulders down and your back straight though.

  • great talent..be sure to go to a good dance school.you've got the talent and the quality!!!bravo!!!

  • how long have you been dancing?

  • Wow you have awesome control!

  • Wow, very pretty. I would rather see a BEAUTIFUL extension a bit lower, than trying to get it higher but not as pretty. Very very very good control and core use though.

    =]

  • wow, what grade you on?

  • You are a lovely dancer, keep on doing it. Your extenstions were great and you look really graceful

  • great great extensions!

but be careful when you developer front, watch to make sure you don't sickle your foot in the passe

  • i know i commented before, but WOW!! you are amazing!! i'm 23 (not a professional dancer) but i wish i had those extensions and your dancer's figure!! lol! amazing!! will be looking for you on the professional stage.

  • wow! u got ur legs up to amazing extensions!! well done!

  • che orrore..

  • hey what summer camp is this???:) looks very fun;)i've watched you other videoes 2:) n you're lovely!:D

  • hm its just my studios. but the studio is Master Ballet Academy

  • oh allright:) but still does you school have summer courses? or somethin:) because im from iceland n im looking at courses and this one looks really good:D

so are your other two videos taken in this same school?

  • nice extensions!!

  • you are so lovely! maybe not technically perfect (im certainly not, who is?) but I can tell you really enjoy dance. I love that when a dancer radiates how happy they are to be performing... to show that in an adagio is spectacular! keep it up!

  • How old are you? You're a really good jumper(as ive seen in other vids)

  • 16 and thank you! these are old hah

  • your really good

  • yuk yuk yuk --- u have lovely strength but please dont sickle ur feet!!!!!! and u lean way to much to get ur legs up-- try to stay square or even. also ... shuffling into place shows horrible mannars sweetii ... <3 keep working!!! XD

  • oo i forgot to tell u also -- try to HOLD the positions rather than get ur legs up to amazing extensions and then drop them ... again u look very strong!! <3333 keep upp the great work

  • nice adagio ballerina's!!

  • Great looking ballerinas in their pretty pink tights and black leotards.

  • that was nice..just a teeny bit shaky, but dont worry bout that.. its natural. u must hav been nervous. overall, GREAT =)
