MET HERBIE PLAYED WITH PAUL JACKSON STILL CALL DRUMMER JAMES LEVI I PLAYED WITH EX ANTANA AND TOLD ARISTS RECORDS CLIVE DAVID N ASST MICHAEL BARACKMAN ABOUT LATIN HIP HOP IDEA I PIONEERED IT . LOVE N PEACE PRINCE GARY WARREN PRESIDENT LATIN G RECORDZ
@jdawgtheking No, you need to go back and listen to the original (Headhunters, Columbia, 1973)... this version is decent, but the original drummer (Harvey Mason) invented a killer drum riff that James Levi just doesn't even do here... very disappointing. Also, it's too fast (good for white people trying to dance, but bad for its essential funkiness). ;-}>

@guillaume1306 Between 1555 and 1931 the Jesuit Order was expelled from at least 83 countries, city states and cities, for engaging in political intrigue and subversion plots against the welfare of the state, according to the records of a Jesuit priest of repute(Thomas J. Campbell).-J.E.C. Shepard

Agreed - this is still okay (as long as you haven't heard the original) - the groove in the orig is KILLER.
